At Good Guy Vape & Smoke, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction by offering a straightforward return process for defective or unopened electronic hardware. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, coils, and disposable devices are non-returnable once opened.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 14 days; hardware must be in like-new condition or have a verifiable manufacturer defect.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the device along with all original accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- 4.Ship and Inspect
Send the package to our processing center; once received, our technicians will inspect the device and issue a refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.
